During the years at Norvet Property Development, in 2018 we have started the meticulous endeavour of restoring a ruin from the 18th century Barcelona's Old Town, transforming it in 17 apartments with modern design while preserving the unique heritage the building possess. After completion, we had the opportunity to create the final interior design, painting the client's character on the original canvas.
